We have several large scale projects upcoming so new starters would have the opportunity to work on a project from start to completion.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
 
• Good space planning and spatial analysis skills
• Self-motivated, organised and pro-active
• On site experience and some knowledge of liaising with architects, contractors and suppliers
• Good knowledge and understanding of materials and products
• Excellent knowledge of design detailing and specifications
• Passion and enthusiasm for design and culture, able to work in a busy environment
• Self-motivated, organised and pro-active, and demonstrate self-initiative and enthusiasm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Concept Interior Design Schemes, Space Planning Layouts
• Sketch Perspectives, Design Detailing
 
 
Requirements:
About you
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years experience in workplace and/or hospitality sector.
 
Qualifications: BA honour's degree or similar in interior design/architecture 
Software skills: InDesign, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft packages 
Experience: minimum 5 years' in high-end hospitality / residential sector
Location: Based in London
