To support our continuous growth and expansion in Hong Kong, Aedas Interiors is now seeking new Directors to join our teams:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide guidance / direction to various teams of designers at different levels
• Manage multiple worldwide projects including mixed-use developments / hospitality projects and liaise with clients from various countries
• Engage in design conceptualization with the teams and ensure the projects are in line with design standards
• Enable projects to progress effectively towards design deliverables

• Recognized degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Interior Hospitality or Workplace Design including extensive international work exposures
• Fully conversant with space planning and designing for new strategies
• Capable of providing creative design solutions specific to each client
• Possess leadership skill in managing and coordinating multiple design teams across all projects phases
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to maintain relationship and trust with existing clients and communicate effectively in a multilingual environment
