• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Management/Administration

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an MNC environment, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Preferably with relevant experience in architecture, design, creative, consultancy, technology industry 

• A team player and capable in managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stake holders confidently

• Computer literate with good PC skills in using MS Office applications;
