• BSc in Business Administration or related field
• 2 - 4 years Proven work experience as a Business development/Project Coordinator or similar role
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, construction schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner, Primavera is a Plus
• Working with InDesign is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
