Joining a collaborative and driven architectural office, with the opportunity to build and implement successful BIM implementation on medium, large and mega-scale projects across the ME region.

 

• Supporting and managing a growing BIM team in UAE, with the goal of being the best architectural BIM implementation practise in the region;

• Coordinating and managing BIM projects locally and internationally. Taking ownership/leadership of coordinating BIM projects locally and internationally;

• Creating information requirements. Setting up information requirements;

• Evaluating BIM execution plans and setting up project specific BEP;

• Engaging with project BIM teams, client BIM teams;

• Preparing and reviewing bid proposals and BIM specific document requirements;

• Collaborating with other international BIM team members;

• Testing and applying innovative solutions;

• Driving standardisation and digitalisation;

• Creating benchmarking and measuring benefits of using BIM across different project types;

• QA/QC of project models and systems;

• Delivering training (as required);

• Driving innovation and better ways of working.

 

• You have a degree qualification in a relevant discipline (preference to architecture). You are digitally savvy, especially in Autodesk applications and model-checking tools, including BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, Office 365, SharePoint, and Power BI;

• You have proven experience in the CDE workflow and solutions. Experience with BIM standards (ISO 19650 series). Experience with BIM tools IFC, COBIE, Uniclass, and local classification systems;

• You have BIM experiences in delivering projects at various scales within the construction background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Aedas has to offer.
