• Direct and oversee completion of project;

• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan;

• Assess risks and establish contingency plans;

• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders.

 

• Around 15 to 20 years relevant experience in design, contract administration and/or project management;

• Registered Architect in UK or equivalent;

• Excellent technical understanding of detailing and construction;

• Experience in leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

• Able to start immediately is an advantage;

• This position could be located in Hong Kong or remote working subject to discussion.
