The office tower is located in Phnom Penh city centre, along the main North-South vehicular artery Preah Norodom Boulevard. The building celebrates the merging of Maruhan Japan Bank with the local Sathapana Bank.Two angled surfaces embrace the emerging inner volume with a subtle reference to the merge and the rise of a new and modern bank. The narrow site drove the tower planning to have a side core. It is a column-free tower with the offices predominantly facing Mekong River, with three executive floors and a sky roof garden.The northeast corner faces the the Royal Palace and Mekong River while the northwest corner reacts to the new Phnom Penh city centre. The column-free corner spaces allow for great office/meeting room layout opportunities. The ground floor houses the main reception, bank, café and other facilities.
