This master plan for a residential development is located in Nusajaya in the new Iskandar development corridor of Peninsular Malaysia to the north of Singapore. Sited on 400,000 square metres of undulating land, the development provides an international school site, retail and a diverse mix of apartments and landed residential within a lush landscaped oasis. The master plan optimises the existing natural topography of the site to create views within the development.The natural gentle valley that runs through the site is used to create a central landscape spine with park pavilions and clubhouses set amidst a landscape of streams, wetlands and cascading water features.
