•  Assist in preparation and review of fee proposals for architectural and design projects.

•  Develop fee breakdowns, and pricing structures based on project requirements.

•  Analyze historical project data to support accurate fee estimations.

•  Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI to visualize business performance, pipeline metrics, and market insights.

•  Manage data sets and perform advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, power queries, advanced formulas).

•  Track KPIs related to business development, including lead conversion rates, proposal success rates, and revenue forecasts.

•  Maintain the project database, ensuring all fee structures, cost data, and updates are accurate.

•  Assist in preparing internal reports for management, including monthly performance summaries.

•  Support the optimization of internal processes related to costing, forecasting, and financial tracking.

•  Verify fee proposals and calculations for accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines.

 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.

•  MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.

•  2–5 years of experience in business development, strategy, data analysis, or related roles.

•  Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry is highly preferred.

•  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query, data modeling).

•  Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization.

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•  Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

•  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

•  Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

•  Proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated.
