• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within architecture, interior design, landscape design, or related construction sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Energetic, sociable, and confident with solid interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Business Development Assistant.
