Our Contracts Department is responsible for the Group’s legal and contractual matters. It covers all regions where Aedas has a presence. We are looking for high caliber candidate for the position of Senior Contracts Administrator / Contracts Administrator:-

 

• Report to the Head of Contracts and the Contracts Manager and provide support to other departments;

• Ensure compliance with company policies in contracts review and execution

• Advise project teams and other departments on contractual and legal matters in relation to the Group’s business

• Draft, prepare, review and take lead in negotiation of contractual terms and conditions of all kind of contractual documents relating to the Group’s business

• Assist project teams in professional fees recovery

• Assist in litigation and alternative dispute resolution

• Occasional travel to mainland China and other countries may be required

 

• University graduate (preferably in legal discipline) with not less than 5 years of relevant work experience

• Strong legal drafting, communication and problem solving skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing a must

• Knowledge in preparation of documents for legal proceedings an advantage

• Mature candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Contracts Administrator
