• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or equivalence;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the architectural, construction, or design industries;
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Good communications, interpersonal, and organisational skills;
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and detail;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
