The Clerk of Works will act as the representative of the developer and employed by the Architect on a contract basis (of approximately 12 months) to perform site supervisory duties, inspections, to attend site meetings, to coordinate building works, to ensure all site works/workmanship are of good quality and are in compliance with the contract drawings, specifications and approved drawings.

 

 

•  Minimum 8 years experience in the Clerk of Works capacity or at least 5 years experience as an on-site inspector;  

•  Experience in the supervision of work carried out under contracts for superstructure, curtain wall and external cladding installation, interior fitting out works ;

•  A Hong Kong Polytechnic or T.I. Diploma / HC in Building or Building Studies, or equivalent; 

•  Passes in Chinese and English Language (Syl. B) HKCEE or equivalent; 

•  Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese; 

•  Good knowledge of construction details, curtain wall and external cladding details and construction methods.

•  6 days per week.
