Cary is an Executive Director of Aedas and leads high profile mixed commercial, residential and institutional projects in Hong Kong and PRC. As a passionate design architect striving for innovation and vision, he has produced a number of modern and inspired architecture which continuously enables him to push the boundaries, yet meeting client’s high expectation with leading developers.

Cary is particularly experienced in providing innovative design schemes to reposition rejuvenate projects in Hong Kong. He has completed a number of asset enhancement works for private developers including the Temple Mall renovation and Tai Yau Building renovation.  Cary is also experienced in taking on educational design and has completed a number of school and university buildings which he promotes the connection of indoor and outdoor learning space. Boutique residential and office design are also Cary’s design expertise and his proven track record includes Renhe Mixed Residential Development in Chengdu, the Mongkok Residence, 18 Kowloon East Office and now completing the Repulse Bay Residential Development in Hong Kong.

With a career that spans more than 20 years, he has designed and delivered award winning designs including Gramercy Residence at Mid Levels, Mongkok Residence, The Chinese University of Hong Kong Library Extension, Evengal Through-train Primary & Secondary School, and HKIEd Jocky Club Primary School to name a few.   All these design awards have been commentated and recognized by renowned design institutes including MIPIM Asia Pacific Property Awards and Hong Kong Institute of Architects.
