LC Chan is the Managing Director of Aedas Macau and has been practicing for more than 29 years. LC is an expert in project directing super fast-track, complex and large scale developments, particularly on integrated resort development and gaming project, and has successfully delivered all the Las Vegas Sands projects in Macau since 2002. 

One of his notable projects is the 100,000sq.m Las Vegas Sands casino project in Macau. This fast-track project commenced in early 2003 and was completed in the first quarter of 2004 (completed with 18 months). Subsequent to the completion of Las Vegas Sands, LC led his team to complete the 1million sq.m Venetian-Macao-Resort Hotel (completed in 34 months), the 1.3million sq.m Sands Cotai Central, and the 400,000sq.m The Parisian Resort in 2016. His unique method of project directing the multi-disciplinary consultant team under the fast track construction method has always been highly respected by his client and his work has made an undeniable contribution to the Macau’s development.
