As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading a project team in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and ensuring the successful delivery of projects as well as the financial management of projects. You will lead design development, review & presentation using drawings, physical & virtual models and collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules and specifications.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 15 Years of experience in design development, team management and client interface
• Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential
• Experience in mixed-use and residential projects will be an advantage
• Experience of working in international markets will be an advantage
• Travel within the region is required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture)
• Proficient in Rhino
