World Capital Tower designed by Aedas, after winning an Indonesia Property Awards in October 2019, receives higher acclaim as Regional Winner of Best Office Architectural Design Award at 14th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final 2019.

Designed by Aedas Global Principal Kevin Jose and Executive Principal Jose Silva, the project is a 52-storey office building located at the Golden Triangle CBD of Jakarta, Indonesia. With a height of 244.3 meters, it will be the tallest building in Mega Kuningan area upon construction completion in 2020.

The design is to provide a simple, efficient and elegant building. The language of the vertical curved planes lends unity and coherence to the podium and tower, allowing for a sense of 'timelessness' in its design. The different spacing between plans as well as the different heights of podium and tower volumes provides a dynamic read of the overall project and formal consistency throughout the building.
