Four Aedas designs will compete at the International Property Awards 2020

At this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards four Aedas projects have been named Regional Nominees and will compete at the International Property Awards 2020 to be the Asia Pacific’s Bests and ultimate World’s Bests.

1. Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port Passenger Clearance Building, Hong Kong, China (designed by Keith Griffiths, Max Connop and Richard Paul, Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners (Joint Venture Designer) – 5-Star Best Public Service Architecture, Hong Kong and Regional Nominee for Best Public Service Architecture Asia Pacific 
2. Nanjing Xin Jie Kou Suning Plaza, Nanjing, China (designed by Keith Griffiths and Leo Liu) – 5-Star Best High-rise Commercial Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best High-rise Commercial Architecture Asia Pacific & 5-Star Best Mixed-use Architecture, China
3. Suibao Centre Urban Renewal Project, Shenzhen, China (designed by David Clayton and Christine Lam) – 5-Star Best High-rise Residential Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best High-rise Residential Architecture Asia Pacific 
4. Xi’an Nan-Fei-Hong Phase 2 Mixed-use Development, Xi’an, China (designed by David Clayton and Christine Lam) – 5-Star Best Mixed-use Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best Mixed-use Architecture Asia Pacific

Along with the four Regional Nominee projects, 19 Aedas-design projects were also recognised for their design excellence.

1. Boee Aodi International, Hangzhou, China (designed by Dr Andy Wen) – 5-Star Best Mixed-use Architecture, China 
2. Changsha Hua Centre Phase II, Changsha, China (designed by Dr Andy Wen) – 5-Star Best Mixed-use Architecture, China
3. China Overseas Fortune Centre, Chengdu, China (designed by Dimi Lee) – 5-Star Best Office Architecture, China
4. Chongqing Gaoke Group Ltd Office Project, Chongqing, China (designed by Ken Wai) – 5-Star Best Office Architecture, China
5. Citadines Balestier and BT Centre, Singapore (designed by Simon Thompson, Alfons Yudhawan and Teresa Evangelista ) – 5-Star Best Hotel Interior, Singapore
6. OCT Ruiwan High-rise Development, Shenzhen, China (designed by Keith Griffiths, Chris Chen and Leon Liang) – 5-Star Best High-rise Commercial Architecture, China & Award Winner, Leisure Architecture, China
7. Ali Centre, Shanghai, China (designed by Ken Wai) – Award Winner, Office Architecture, China
8. Beijing Fangshan Huafa Mall, Beijing, China (designed by Leo Liu) – Award Winner, Retail Architecture, China 
9. CRLand Xi’an National Games Centre Hotel & Retail Project, Xi’an, China (designed by Pierre Tong) – Award Winner, Mixed-use Architecture, China
