Aedas projects recognised at Asia Pacific Property Awards 2022

At this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards, three Aedas projects have been named Regional Nominees and will compete at the International Property Awards 2022 to be the Asia Pacific’s Bests and ultimate World’s Bests.

1. Chengdu Hyperlane, Chengdu, China (designed by Global Design Principal Dr. Andy Wen, and Executive Director Dong Wei Wang) – 5-Star Best Retail Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best Retail Architecture Asia Pacific
2. Shaw Tower Redevelopment, Singapore (designed by Global Design Principal Christine Lam, and Global Design Principal David Clayton) – 5-Star Best Office Architecture, Singapore and Regional Nominee for Best Office Architecture Asia Pacific
3. Yi by Jereme Leung, Singapore (designed by Aedas Singapore Interiors) – 5-Star Best Leisure Interior, Singapore and Regional Nominee for Best Leisure Interior Asia Pacific

Along with the above three Regional Nominee projects, 11 Aedas-design projects were also recognised for their design excellence.

1. Nansha Yuexiu Coastal Garden Phase 7, Guangzhou, China (designed by Global Design Principal Christine Lam, and Global Design Principal David Clayton) – 5-Star Best Retail Architecture, China
2. Hangzhou Alibaba DAMO Academy Nanhu Industry Park Project, Hangzhou, China (designed by Global Design Principal Ken Wai, Executive Director Fei Li Shen, and Executive Director Wei Li) – 5-Star Best Office Architecture, China
3. Nansha Kingboard Plaza, Guangzhou, China (designed by Global Design Principal Ken Wai, and Executive Director Wei Li) – 5-Star Best Mixed-Use Architecture, China
4. Sancha TOD Southwest Jiaotong University Rail Transit College Project, Chengdu, China (designed by Global Design Principal Dr. Andy Wen, and Executive Director Yao Chun Wen) – 5-Star Best Public Service Architecture, China
5. Hengqin Huafa Insurance Finance Headquarters, Zhuhai, China (designed by Global Design Principal Dr. Andy Wen, and Executive Director Nicole Liu) – Award Winner, Office Architecture, China
6. Shanghai International Fortune Center, Shanghai, China (designed by Global Design Principal Ken Wai) – Award Winner, Office Architecture, China
7. OCT Yibin Culture and Art Retail Project, Sichuan, China (designed by Executive Director Yao Chun Wen) – Award Winner, Mixed-Use Architecture, China
8. Hangzhou Ping Jiang Times Project, Hangzhou, China (designed by Executive Director Dimi Lee) – Award Winner, Mixed-Use Architecture, China
9. BNU-HKBU United International College (UIC) No. 2 Campus, Zhuhai, China (designed by Global Design Principal Dr. Andy Wen, and Executive Director Zi Huan Lin) – Award Winner, Public Service Architecture, China
10. Harrow School, Haikou, China (designed by Executive Director Cary Lau) – Award Winner, Public Service Architecture, China
11. Changshu Jinmao Exhibition Center, Changshu, China (designed by Executive Director Zi Huan Lin) – Award Winner, Leisure Architecture, China
