At this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards, four Aedas projects have been named Regional Nominees and will compete at the International Property Awards 2023 to be the Asia Pacific’s Bests and ultimate World’s Bests. The awards highlight the innovation and design excellence of the teams, celebrating the outstanding designs in the industry throughout the year.
1. SINOVAC High-Tech Achievements Transformation Project, Beijing, PRC (designed by Global Design Principals Ken Wai and Dr. Andy Wen and Executive Director Zihuan Lin) – 5-Star – Best Office Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best Office Architecture Asia Pacific
2. Bagualing Industrial Park Urban Renewal Design, Shenzhen, PRC (designed by Executive Director Kelvin Hu, Founder and Global Principal Designer Keith Griffiths) – 5-Star – Best Commercial High Rise Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best Commercial High Rise Architecture Asia Pacific
3. Haikou Hotel, Hainan, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Kevin Wang) – 5-Star – Best Hotel Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best Hotel Architecture Asia Pacific
4. Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City Riverfront Digital Industrial Park, Hangzhou, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas – Executive Director Wei Li and ZIAD) – 5-Star – Best Retail Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best Retail Architecture Asia Pacific
Along with the above four Regional Nominee projects, 13 Aedas-design projects were also recognised for their design excellence.

4. Chengdu International Railway Port Exhibition and Trading Center, Chengdu, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas Founder and Global Principal Designer Keith Griffiths and Executive Director Nicole Liu, and POWERCHINA Chengdu Engineering Corporation Limited) – 5-Star – Best Mixed Use Architecture, China
