Nine Aedas projects receives Asia Pacific Property Awards 2016

Among the 9 Aedas-designed projects that won this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards, Main Office Buildings, Macau Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Tech Park in Zhuhai, MOKO in Hong Kong and The St. Regis Chengdu in China are the highest scoring winners in respective categories and will represent Asia Pacific to compete against other winning projects from Europe, Africa, the Americas and Arabia at International Property Awards 2016 to become the ultimate World’s Bests.
 
All awarded projects include:

  • Main Office Buildings, Macau Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Tech Park, Zhuhai (designed by Leo Liu) – Nominee for International Property Awards 2016 and 5-Star Best Office Architecture, China
  • MOKO (designed by Ed Lam) – Nominee for International Property Awards 2016 and 5-Star Best Retail Architecture, Hong Kong
  • The St. Regis Chengdu (designed by Ed Lam) – Nominee for International Property Awards 2016 and 5-Star Best Hotel Architecture, China
  • 139 NTC National Trade Center, Taichung (designed by Andy Wen) – 5-Star Best Office Architecture, Taiwan
  • Hengqin Huafa Plaza, Zhuhai (designed by Keith Griffiths and Leo Liu) – Highly Commended, Mixed-use Architecture, China  
  • Sina Plaza, Beijing (designed by Ken Wai) – Highly Commended, Office Architecture, China  
  • Huazhi Plaza, Chengdu (designed by Ed Lam) – Highly Commended, Commercial High-rise Architecture, China  
  • Hotel development in Sai Kung (designed by Cary Lau) – Highly Commended, Hotel Architecture, Hong Kong
  • Huanancheng Exhibition Centre, Nanning – Highly Commended, Leisure Architecture, China
