• Minimum 5 years experience with good design skills, contract administration and/or project management;

• Registered Architect in UK, HK or equivalent;

• Skills in V-Ray, Revit / BIM or Rhino Grasshopper;

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
