1. The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong, Hong Kong (designed by Executive Director Jerome Wong) – HKIA Merit Award of Hong Kong in Commercial Building Category

2. Hangzhou Yuhang Cainiao Headquarters & Park Project, Hangzhou, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Cary Lau and Executive Director Henry Chau) – HKIA Award outside Hong Kong in Commercial Building Category

3. Chongqing Gaoke Group Ltd Office Project, Chongqing, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Ken Wai) – HKIA Merit Award outside Hong Kong – Commercial Building Category

4. Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport Satellite Concourse, Shenzhen, PRC (Jointly-designed by GDAD, Aedas Executive Director Albert Tong, and Landrum & Brown (USA)) – HKIA Award outside Hong Kong – Industrial / Infrastructural Building Category

5. Began in 1965, The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) Annual Award celebrates outstanding architecture achievements. The awards are judged by a panel of current and form HKIA Presidents, recognising the architecture projects of various categories, including Commercial Building, Future Project and Industrial / Infrastructural Building categories.
