The project consists of a high-rise office tower and a retail podium. The tower stands as a bold icon in Jiangbei District of Chongqing. The unique design is inspired by the dancing aurora. The non-linear curves work with linear curves to soften the façade. Connecting to the existing shopping centre through the underpass at the west of the plot, the retail podium sits adjacent to the public plaza on the south and creates diversified outdoor spaces.
