Responsibilities:

•  To lead project teams in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment;
•  To be responsible for the successful delivery of projects;
•  Financial management of projects;
•  Lead design development, review & presentation using drawings, physical & virtual models;
•  Collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules and specifications.

•  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications;
•  Minimum 10 Years of experience in design development, team management and client interface;
•  Experience in mixed-use and infrastructure projects will be an advantage;
•  Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage;
•  Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage;
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills;
•  Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture and/or ArchiCad).
