Noble House office tower is designed as an elegant and distinct building in the Mega Kuningan area in the Golden Triangle Central Business District of Jakarta, Indonesia. The 30 floors massing corresponds to two interlocking volumes to address the strong radial character of the site's geometry. Each volume has its own skin detailing and character confining to the whole building an elegant, executive and tall look and feel. The outdoor ground floor area, partially covered by a semi-opaque and permeable podium, is designed with a strong tropical garden character which extends to the small supportive retail component. The reflective water body emphasises this character and elegantly sets the boundary between the property and the public thoroughfare. The main lobby is designed to have an executive and corporative character exploring the beige and brown tonalities of Travertine and Angola Brown Marble respectively, with lighting installation from artist Nikolas Weinstein, emphasising its elegance and the executive character.
