Located on a beachfront site, the project accommodates seven five-storey courtyard apartment blocks with supporting clubhouse and retail facilities. The courtyards, take on the character of private community gardens, each being unique.Frequent references were made to traditional Omani architecture, with features like water rills, fountains and lattice screens being used extensively. Two swimming pools, shaded pavilions and children’s play areas provide additional amenities for the residents. View corridors to the waterfront were also emphasised.
