Alacarte Condotel occupies a prime seafront position with unobstructed views across Ha Long Bay. The development is organised across a 4-storey podium and a 35-storey tower, each with a distinct architectural character shaped by its relationship to the bay.
The podium is conceived as a series of free-standing pods, their forms abstracted from the karst formations that define Ha Long Bay’s iconic landscape. This porous arrangement opens the base of the development on all sides, allowing natural sea breezes to move freely through the retail spaces and drawing the surrounding environment into the heart of the scheme.
The tower rises above along the coast, with the majority of hotel rooms and serviced apartments oriented toward the sea, framing the bay as a constant, living backdrop to daily life. At the crown, an infinity pool, sky bars, and restaurants command panoramic views across the water and mountains, positioning the upper levels as a destination in their own right. In the evening, the facade and the lighting system synchronise to create a dynamic visual attraction, turning the tower into a brilliant “lighthouse” by the bay.
