Aedas’ Alexandra House in Hong Kong is shown as a luxury retail podium with a prominent flagship façade featuring ribbed metallic cladding, full‑height glazing, and illuminated branding. The street‑level view highlights a refined urban retail interface where premium storefronts engage pedestrian flow, integrating seamlessly with the Central footbridge network and reinforcing the building’s role as a high‑end shopping and office destination.

Alexandra House

Hong Kong / PRC

Completed in 2003 is the renovation, enlargement and repositioning of Alexandra House as a retail centre, flagship PRADA, Burberry, YSL & Dolce & Gabbana stores and office facility at the core of Central. The internal space of the shopping arcades migrates along the prestige flagship shops, punches through into the 4 footbridges, lift lobbies, and opens onto double glass-finned walls and void. Aedas created not only a unique internal space for the tenants, but also a versatile experience for the pedestrians to walk through the internal dedicated path.
