Celesta Rise

Ho Chi Minh City / Vietnam

Celesta Rise is a residential development in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam comprising 5 residential towers of 20 storeys, integrated with a row of 2-storey shophouses and a prominent clubhouse facing the main road. The development offers 923 units ranging from 1- to 3-bedroom apartments.

The design concept draws inspiration from “celesta”, evoking a galaxy formed by a river of stars across a dark sky. LED point lighting is embedded throughout a screen of fins and frames, recreating this effect across the facade. Illuminated stars graduate in size from small to large as they ascend toward the crown, producing a sense of quiet, upward movement after dark.

The tower massing is given human scale through the interplay of contrasting dark grey upper volumes and white lower volumes, articulated further by protruding frames at varying depths. The Frames and Fins concept layers the facade with both aesthetic richness and a sense of sheltered enclosure within the urban setting.

Dedicated drop-off points and individual tower lobbies reinforce a sense of privacy and arrival quality throughout the development. Natural ventilation is prioritised across corridors and lift lobbies, integrating environmental performance into the everyday experience of moving through the building.
