Chengdu Sancha TOD Southwest Jiatong University Rail Transit College Project

Chengdu / PRC

Located in the centre of Chengdu Eastern New District, the town of Sancha is witnessing its earthshaking shift from an eco-touristic rest to the CBD of the big region. Based on the TOD strategy and the involvement of SWJTU, this area is targeting on the integration of the station, the neighborhood and the hitech industry.

For the TOD region, we created a seamless transit station complex, a wide-open university campus, commercial amenity and residential communities with all the programs continuously linked through a spatial corridor system. In the near future, this region will accommodate a total of 100,000 college and employed population.
