Located at the strategic core of Kaohsiung Port, this landmark development comprises six interconnected office towers inspired by the dynamic imagery of “setting sail,” reflecting Kaohsiung’s spirit as Taiwan’s premier international harbor city. The design harmonizes modern aesthetics with the port’s natural surroundings, featuring fluid architectural lines that evoke waves and sailing motions.
Centered around a vibrant public plaza, the complex fosters both privacy and collaboration. Vertical greenery and rooftop gardens integrate nature into the high-rise structures, enhancing sustainability while reducing urban heat. Rainwater recycling and solar panels further reinforce its eco-friendly approach.
