Montreux Jazz Café

Montreux, Switzerland

Our aim was to bring the essence of the Montreux Jazz Festival to the café in Fairmont Le Montreux Palace in an individual and sophisticated style. Aedas Interiors created a narrative about the festival that tells different parts of the story, from the beginning to the present day throughout the dining areas. It shaped the cafe into a modern, colourful and eclectic space befitting of a five star hotel.

No part of that story was completed without reference to the creator of the festival, the renowned Claude Nobs, and through the conception of a new lounge area we have acknowledged his lifework in a subtle yet exciting manner.
