Shenzhen Brewtown

Shenzhen / PRC

Shenzhen Brewtown includes high-rise office and residential towers, an R&D center, factories, breweries, and an experiential retail quarter. Recalibrating the tower layout forms an east-west vitality axis. High-rise office towers and a waterfront park define the development’s borders. The original brewery area is remodeled into two commercial streets, offering alfresco dining, beer tasting, and shopping. This transformation creates a city garden with cultural and experiential tours, food, beverages, and entertainment, establishing an iconic beer-themed city block.
