Seven Aedas projects recognised at CRED Award 2025

At this year’s CRED Award, Aedas has received 7 awards under different categories. This feat highlights the innovation and design excellence of the teams, celebrating the outstanding designs in the industry throughout the year.

  2. Dongguan Humen High-Speed Railway Station Expansion Project, Dongguan, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas Executive Director Leon Liang and China Railway Siyuan) – Gold Award for Social Public Project – Municipal & Infrastructure – Transportation Hub category
  3. Shenzhen T33 Tower, Shenzhen, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Leo Liu) – Silver Award for Comprehensive Commercial Project – Office – Headquarter category
  4. Chengdu Tiantou Intelligent Harbour Project, Chengdu, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas and CSWADI) – Merit Award for Comprehensive Commercial Project – Office – Corporate Park category
  5. Xinjiang CGDG Korla Renaissance Hotel and Courtyard Hotel, Xinjiang, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Kevin Wang) – Merit Award for Future Project – Public Building – Hotel category
  6. National Dairy Technology Innovation Centre, Hohhot, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Ken Wai) – Merit Award for Social Public Project – Cultural & Education – High-tech R&D Center category

China Real Estate & Design Award (CREDAWARD) was initiated by DJSER in 2014, as the first international design award of the Chinese real estate industry. The award invites the influential academic representatives and chief architects from top-rated developers as the Judging Panel. The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits, while commending cutting-edge design concepts for outstanding projects.
