Aedas’s Eastern Guangdong Intercity Railway urban design is depicted as a coastal corridor with high‑density mixed‑use development aligned along the waterfront and rail infrastructure. 粤东城际汕头段整体共13个站点,除去汕头火车站站点,结合先期团队对其他站点的规划基础,整体对剩余12站点提出全线站点统筹综合开发的理念,“划重点、分时序、综合平衡、一站一策”。充分利用不同站点在地资源优势并结合现状发展情况,以TOD理念对接国土空间规划与城市资源展开全线研究,促进中心城区与周边区域的全面协作发展。
