Job Summary:
Specialises in FF&E selection and specification for hospitality and lifestyle projects.
Works closely with the design team to deliver well-integrated, high-quality interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop FF&E concepts, presentations and material boards.
- Source and specify furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and clients on bespoke furniture and finishes.
- Maintain FF&E schedules, specification and documentation.
- Stay updated on trends, products, and materials relevant to project needs.
Key Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of FF&E sourcing, suppliers, and manufacturing processes
- Good understanding of operational and functional design requirements.
- Organized and responsive in managing tasks and timelines.
- Clear communicator and collaborative team member
