Job Summary:
Leads design and technical development of small projects or key packages within complex projects. Coordinates teams and consultants. Drives documentation, compliance, and detailed execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule deliverables and organise internal design team.
- Lead the design process from concept through detailed development.
- Prepare, review, and manage architectural design and documentation for internal and external review.
- Coordinate design solutions with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Supports Project Lead in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors for project execution.
- Manage workflows, change management, document revisions and compliance checks.
- Participate in contract administration tasks.
Key Competencies:
- Strong conceptual and technical design abilities.
- Advanced technical knowledge of project documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in coordinating internal teams and external consultants.
- Proficient in managing digital design processes and BIM workflows.
- Effective communicator.
