Aedas has launched a scholarship programme with the School of Architecture at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and the Department of Architecture at The University of Hong Kong (HKU). The programme reaffirms Aedas’ commitment to nurturing young talent and shaping the future of the architectural industry.
The Aedas Scholarship Programme provides Master of Architecture (MArch) students with hands-on experience at Aedas’ Hong Kong office, where they engage in research on critical topics such as the application of AI in architecture, Modular Integrated Construction (MiC), and sustainable designs. They work closely with Aedas architects, exchange ideas with industry professionals and receive mentorship from university faculty.
‘This is a meaningful collaboration between academia and professional practice. At Aedas, we see collaborations with universities as a platform to cultivate the next generation of design leaders. We strive to provide future architects with an opportunity to explore, innovate, and reimagine what’s possible in architecture,’ says Christine Lam, Aedas Global Design Principal.
Through the Aedas Scholarship Programme, we continue to support architectural education by empowering young talents who will become leaders in the field and contribute to impactful, future-ready designs.
