Aedas’ Shizimen CBD Masterplan and Hengqin IFC projects are featured on Yi Magazine

Aedas was involved in the urban design scheme of the Shizimen CBD Masterplan project. Aedas Director Lily Qian told Yi Magazine that in preserving the city’s parkland coastline, the project is a continuation of the elegant and fanciful aesthetic of Zhuhai’s greenery and network of high-density, clustered buildings. At the same time, the development will not lose to any other projects in the Pearl River Delta city cluster in terms of scale or intensity. For example, the soon to be completed Hengqin IFC Tower stands with a sense of ‘confrontation’ against the Macau Tower just across the sea. Like many buildings that have been named as an ‘International Finance Centre’, the Hengqin IFC is the tallest building in the skyline of Hengqin Island. Standing at 339 m high, it is 1 m higher than the Macau Tower.
