Feng He currently serves as Executive Director of Business Development – China at Aedas.
He possesses extensive industry experience, having previously held positions as Engineering Design Manager and Construction Project Manager in state-owned enterprises and listed companies. He is well-versed in engineering design, construction management and project investment processes, and later specialised in business development, with over a decade of experience in market expansion.
Since joining Aedas in 2013, he has successfully secured numerous clients and projects for the firm and was promoted to Executive Director in 2021. With extensive professional networks, he maintains strong relationships with clients, government authorities, industry organisations and local design institutes. Adept at identifying business opportunities and understanding client needs, he is committed to creating value for clients and has earned their trust. He leads and organises project tendering processes, strengthens client relationships and drives new business opportunities for Aedas.
Feng is currently based in the Aedas Shenzhen office.
