Gabriel is a Director of Aedas and an Authorized Person for Aedas projects in Hong Kong. Having joined the practice in 2006, he brings over 20 years of experience and a deep understanding of managing both the design and technical aspects of a wide range of building sectors.
Gabriel has successfully delivered numerous projects that balance clients’ commercial objectives with operators’ functional and aesthetic requirements. He is highly experienced in coordinating and negotiating with various statutory authorities throughout the project lifecycle, from design development through to completion.
His proven track record is demonstrated by the successful delivery of Ocean Park Corporation’s Waterfront District Redevelopment, including the Grand Aquarium, Aqua City and the new Panda Habitat; Ocean Park Marriott Hotel; the comprehensive renovation of the Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong; Airport CP4 Building; and a series of high-end developments for The Hong Kong Jockey Club at Happy Valley Racecourse and the Happy Valley Old Clubhouse, encompassing signature restaurants, clubhouse facilities, swimming pools, gyms and supporting amenities.
