Situated directly in front of Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Aria Bay establishes a resort living standard that draws its character entirely from the natural wonder it faces. Developed by BIM Group and expected to complete in 2028, the development arranges its 2 high-rise towers in a considered L-shaped configuration, ensuring every apartment commands a full, panoramic view of the bay.
The design draws inspiration from the piano: stepped rooflines and cascading building masses echo the rhythm and movement of piano keys, producing an architectural silhouette that feels simultaneously precise and fluid – a composed, unhurried presence on the Ha Long skyline.
At the base, the podium departs from the tower’s musical logic and turns instead to the bay itself. Organic forms drawn from the limestone karst formations of Ha Long are expressed through soft, sculptural massing with hollowed openings that shape public spaces, amenity areas, and green landscapes embedded into the terrain. The transition from tower to podium mirrors the bay’s own shift from dramatic verticality to intimate, textured ground.
