Ba Na Hills Resort & Residences

Da Nang / Vietnam

Ba Na Hills Resort & Residences is an integrated resort development of approximately 393,315 sqm GFA set 1,382 metres above sea level in the Truong Son Mountains of Da Nang, central Vietnam. Connected to the existing French Village Ba Na Hills complex by cable car, the development extends one of Vietnam’s most celebrated mountain destinations into a fully realised resort and residential precinct.

The programme is anchored by 3 hotels totalling 3,000 keys, a 2,500-seat arena, and a private casino, all linked across 2 levels of retail. A crescent bridge forms the primary upper-level connection, threading the cable car stations, hotels, and attractions into a continuous, sheltered circuit. At the heart of the development, an iconic observatory tower establishes a new landmark within the mountain landscape, accompanied by treehouse dining venues with thematic food and beverage concepts and a climate-controlled conservatory.

The architectural language draws from Haussmann Paris – disciplined facades, generous proportions, and lush formal gardens – reinterpreted with sensitivity to the dramatic natural terrain of the Truong Son range. The design holds its French reference with a light touch, allowing the mountain landscape to remain the dominant presence while the architecture frames and celebrates it.
