Beijing Shougang Park Plot 769 Project

Beijing / PRC

The design goal of the twin-tower is to build a benchmark of International Grade A office building in West Beijing area. The architectural language is inspired by carving, which also has the meaning of perseverance and eternity. In terms of shaping a simple and unique landmark building, the four corners of the form are cut through carving techniques. Delicate and simple façade details highlight the elevation as pure as diamonds, which also prove the quality of an international Grade A office building. Meanwhile, the design concept also fully considers the functional requirements of ventilation and lighting, green energy, office interior quality, etc. Twin-tower is not only harmonious and unified with the surrounding projects, but also unique and iconic.

The multi-storey office building was designed as a corporate headquarter. Besides excellent office environment, a shared atrium between multiple departments is specially created. The five-storey high atrium brings natural light and landscape into the interior. The headquarters façade detail design follows the twin-tower for keeping the whole plot unified. The façade design adopts the front and back weave of freely retractable horizontal lines, and the majestic convergence and integration. The tension of the façade design creates the enterprise spirit of ‘infinite future’.
