The project serves as a hub where the Beijing suburban railway connects to metro lines at the intersection of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. Being one of the first micro centres along rail lines, the northwest gateway and science and technology innovation centre, promotes the high-quality development of the urban sub-centre. The hub includes comprehensive development that is fully integrated, interactive and highly accessible, connecting facilities such as railway stations, transport hubs and parking lots. Covering 1.5 million sq m, it comprises commercial, offices, five-star hotel and community areas, demonstrating high land use efficiency and distinctive cityscape.
