Blanca City is conceived as a coastal luxury landmark in full dialogue with the sea, located on the shores of Vung Tau. Anchoring the site’s Building forms are oriented with precision to maximise unobstructed ocean views. The massing language is bold and deliberate. Clusters of towers take on sculptural profiles that evoke ocean waves and billowing sails, producing a skyline with genuine character and a rhythmic energy that animates the surrounding landscape.
The 3 precincts, Lighthouse, Vessel, and Naus, are planned at a considered density, with generous setbacks and open corridors calibrated to draw the natural sea breeze deep into every unit. A defining move in the design is the pairing of slender high-rise towers with an elongated commercial podium. Extensive glazing and softly curved lines work together to erode the boundary between inhabited space and the coastal environment outside.
