This is a mixed-use development located within the in the Changi Business Park, with offices, retail and hospitality facilities. The design is porous and allows pedestrian movement through the development, tapping onto the pedestrian flow from the Expo MRT Station to the rest of the Changi Business Park and seamlessly connecting to the surrounding context.
The internal planning of the development capitalises on the synergy of different components by interfacing and integrating the various parts into a coherent whole. The bold architecture design ensures that the development is an iconic landmark within Changi Business Park.
