Dongguan Humen High-speed Railway Station TOD Core Area Development Project

As the sole intersection of two major economic arteries of the Greater Bay Area – Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Passenger Transport Line and then Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen intercity Line, the Humen High-speed Rail Station is an important transportation hub and will merge Dongguan integrating into the Greater Bay Area Economic Hub.

The project consists of two parts, including a 100,000 sq m complex that seamlessly connects with high-speed railway stations, transfer centre, subways and other rail transit; and a 1,050,000 sq m TOD Core Area Development which is divided into three phases of constructions, comprising a sales gallery, residential, commercial complex, Grade-A office, serviced apartments, five-star hotel and exhibition, creating a Humen TOD community.
