The Nokia Singapore office reintroduces the brand through a carefully considered spatial narrative. From arrival, a prominent installation centred on the iconic N symbol signals the company’s evolving identity, setting a tone of curiosity and forward momentum that carries through the entire floor.
The masterplan is organised across three distinct zones: a connect zone at the front of house, open workspace zones, and a naturally isolated focus zone. Each supports a different mode of working, with clear circulation patterns and a variety of settings that give employees genuine choice throughout the day.
Sustainability is embedded into the design of the office. 95% of furniture was reused, materials are recyclable or renewable, and the project targets Gold certification under BCA and HPB’s Green Mark for Healthier Workplaces, addressing everything from lighting efficiency and thermal comfort to universal design and operational waste management.
